Hello, I am writing this in frustration, I am desperate to sort out my health but I have felt weak and helpless. I have slipped back into my old ways, sugar in the form of chocolate, fast food and carbs…. I feel my brain is foggy and it it going to take massive efforts to get going again.
Today I make that commitment and I am using this blog to help me achieve it.
My initial plan is to sort the food out while slowly getting the exercising back on track!
